  1. I tried to add the video of the drunk guy singing Bohemian Rahpsody in the back of a cop car but it wasn't working.

  2. Rain should be minimal, unless we ride past 11.

The Spot isn't ride worthy at the moment. I will have some time for repair work this afternoon, so we'll see.

Worst case scenario I'll ride B's limp-shocked Motobecane barefoot.

  5. Still on injured reserve. I've managed to wash my motorcycle after a week and can now throw the ball via flinger wrong handed to the dogs; that's all the activity in a week. Sneezing, coughing or laughing, in that order, are temporarily banned.

  6. New blog rule - if one is going brag about being all HTFU and ride through the rain, snow and mud, you are not allowed to 'Peter on' about the bike not working on subsequent rides.

  7. I guess I have to field that comment from the Peter Gallery.

The Spot performed admirably through the brutal FT3 conditions that rendered other bikes inoperable.

As happens too often, the Spot's injuries occurred in transit. While hanging on the rack, as we drove back from sunny Santa Cruz, a pedal knocked into the valve stem and ruined the seal on my tubeless system.

  9. I have been accused of not making rides as of late. However to clarify, I have been training with Tom Boonen and am 50K off the front waiting for you all to catch up!

  10. Bambi, where is the HCF blow up. You were off to a good start then silence. You have a lot to learn from B, NoCar and Cappy, they can get the counts in the HCF into double digits on their own, those guys are Off the Front. Speaking of OTB, err, I mean OTF, Lars what the hell are you talking about

  12. Tom Boonen scorched the field in the Queen of Classics - Paris Roubaix with a 57km solo break away; without Cancellara in the field no-one could get close.
