  1. What a weekend, as rides go they don't get much better than this.

Here's the data file for my weekend combo ride, including the FT3 Father's Day Massacre; I have not figured out how clearly record separate events without downloading the Garmin.

Friday was a race warmup ride on the coast near HMB with my old buddy and CX racer Tom Feix.

Saturday, was the Pescadero RR Classic - the best road race course I've done to date. Our team placed 1st, 3rd, and 4th (me) in a field of 50 strong 45+'s and 20+ 55+ 1-4 riders. The team performance was great, tactics executed as planned and results exceeded goals.

Sunday was the much anticipated Happy Valley CX ride, it delivered beyond expectations, conditions could not have been better. The stats are 62.85 miles & 6,985 ft ascent, I'll leave detailed ride report to others, although I will call out the Caps Creek spring as the replenishment highlight of the ride.

  2. Looks like you had a pretty packed weekend RG. That max speed is pretty impressive.

  3. That's the Tundra V8 @ Highway speed. Not sure why it logs that when it's not in record mode.

Until I looked at the log entry of 82.3 mph, I thought you were referring to when I blew by you in the sprint. :-)

  4. Actually, I assumed that 82.3 mph was your sprinting speed. that's how it looked from my perspective.

  5. RG apparently hasn't seen the latest Radio Shack/Armstrong add that states "No man over the age of thirty will ever use emoticons"
